Module 3 of 7
Every delivery dispute, settled by GPS, not by opinion.
RMC360 cross-references your transit mixer’s actual GPS position against the location where the delivery signature was captured — turning “he said, she said” into an objective record.
- The Problem
A customer claims a load arrived late, arrived short, or went to the wrong site. Without an objective record, that dispute gets settled on whoever sounds more credible, with no hard evidence on either side.
How It Works
1
Transit tracked continuously
Your transit mixer's location is logged continuously in transit, sourced from your existing tracking provider or a dedicated device.
2
Signature captured on arrival
The driver captures the customer's signature on the RMC360 Android app.
3
Location cross-referenced
At that exact moment, the app also records its own GPS position, delivered quantity, and timestamp.
4
Deviation flagged, if any
Within tolerance, delivery is confirmed clean. Beyond it, a deviation is flagged on the spot and logged for review.
5
Complete record retained
Signature, timestamp, GPS trail, deviation distance, quantity, and optional site photo — retrievable instantly.
- Built for the Field
The driver app works offline — signature and photo capture continue without a live connection, syncing automatically once signal returns, because your drivers don’t always have reliable coverage between the plant and the site.
